Our Story
Brian and Biola first met playing Pop Warner football in 1982. As kids, they competed together on the football field, and against each other on the baseball field in Little League and Babe Ruth. Pre-game rituals included late-night sleepovers where they would fire each other up to perform at their best the next day.
Their friendship continued into adulthood. Brian pursued his professional baseball career while Biola returned to his Portland roots to attend college, both eventually settling in Portland to raise their respective families. As their kids grew, it was a natural transition to encourage their children to pursue their own athletic endeavors and coach their various teams.
As Biola and Brian found success and fulfillment in their individual coaching lives, they often discussed combining forces to better serve the community they love, and this is the next chapter.
